Concrete precast or concrete “pra-cetak” is the concrete structure component is not be built or bemould in place usually the component other place will be attached, where moulding process and the curing can be put accross and easy to. So that the concrete plate component precast attached as component thus, remain to be tied on the other structure shares become the intact structure which integrated. At this Thesis has two concretes type precast which analysed, that is piling (20 x 20 cm with length of 7,5 m, 35 x 35 cm with length of 13 m) and concrete plate precast (half slab) 1 x 4 m with thick 7 cm. Where both analysed the covering the volume of work, work of unit price, productivity of work, time duration of work, and then from the analysis result is packed into program the calculate fee and data scheduling of work what obtained from project, than the next analysis is done as a whole the good work in analysis (working of precast) and the work hasn't be analysed (working non precast), so that obtained the curve operation of project or S curve. From result analyse this has gotten total cost = Rp. 33.515.460.000,00 including PPN 10 %, budget to work of Inject pile for foundation and pit lift is of the size pile 35 x 35 cm with deepness of 26 m = Rp. 2.134.618.200,00, budget to work of Inject pile for foundation and pit lift is of the size pile 20 x 20 cm with deepness of 15 m = Rp. 147.735.000,00, budget to work of Inject pile to new water tank of the size pile 20 x 20 cm with deepness of 15 m = Rp. 3.015.000,00, budget to work of Inject pile for making STP of the size pile 20 x 20 cm with deepness of 15 m = Rp. 12.060.000,00, budget for the work of installation of plate precast (Half slab) at the second floor = Rp. 110.144.328,00, the thirth floor = Rp. 100.384.704,00, the fourth floor = Rp. 100.384.704,00, fifth floor = Rp. 95.504.892,00, the sixth floor = Rp. 55.769.280,00, seventh floor = Rp. 55.769.280,00, the eighth floor = Rp. 55.769.280,00. And also from analysis result concluded that time duration for work precast, that is: workinmg inject pile for foundation and pit lift = 35 days, work inject pile for making new water tank = half day, work inject pile for making STP = 1 day, work of installation of plate precast ( half slab) from second floor to eighth floor both of them = 1 day / floor.
