The Aims of this research are to study the influence of NAA and TDZ at the propagation of Anthurium Corong (Longilinguum L.) by culture In Vitro, and to getting the optimal composition of the growth regulator balanced at the growth proses of anthurium corong by culture in Vitro. This research was conducted at Mitra Anggrek Indonesia laboratory, District of Junrejo, Batu-Malang. It is started from August untill December 2007. This research was arranged in Simply Complete Randomized Design and Mohr method. This method is to looking the balanced influence to the growth direction, example influence of sitokinin and auxin combination with different concentration to the growth direction of Anthurium. Combination of hormon concentration that used and added in Murashige and Skoog (MS) was NAA and sitokinin TDZ combination. This research consist of 5 combination of NAA and TDZ concentration, and repeated 5 times with 1 bottle of sample, and totally are 25 bottle of sample, that are D1 = MS media + ( 0,1 ppm NAA + 0,5 ppm TDZ), D2 = MS media + ( 0,2 ppm NAA + 0,4 ppm TDZ), D3 = MS media + ( 0,3 ppm NAA + 0,3 ppm TDZ), D4 = MS media + ( 0,4 ppm NAA + 0,2 ppm TDZ), D5 = MS media + ( 0,5 ppm NAA + 0,1 ppm TDZ). Parameter of the observation consist of: time of callus emerge, percentage of eksplant with callus, time of root emerge, average of root number, date of shoot initiation, average of shoot number, average of leaf number, percentage of life eksplan, percentage of contamined eksplan. Data showed in graph form, table, average count result, median percentage, and standart error. Pursuant to the observation, 0,3 ppm NAA + 0,3 ppm TDZ can initiating callus faster than another at 3 weeks after planting. Combination of 0,1 ppm NAA + 0,5 ppm TDZ can stimulating and increasing the growth of shoot and number of leaf. Combination of 0,5 ppm NAA + 0,1 ppm TDZ can increasing the growth and number of root.
