Abstract

This Research represent type research of survey with title " influence of environment and compensation work to Hotel employees performance of Montana 1 Malang." Target of this research first, to know given compensation Hotel of Montana I Malang, both To know environment work at Hotel employees of Montana I Malang, third To know employees performance in Hotel of Montana I Malang, fourth To know influence of environment and compensation work to employees performance at Hotel of Montana I Malang, fifth To know among job environment and compensation having an effect on dominant to employees performance at Hotel of Montana I Malang. used analyzer at this research is doubled linear regresi that is to know influence of compensation anatara signifikan and environment work to employees performance pass test of F and test of t, while to know which variable is which have stronger influence hence used by coefficient value of regresi. For a while to test kuesioner used by validity test and of reabilitas. Result of analysis span scorpion indicate that factor gift of Compensation ( X1) of is included in category Whether with total average value of score variable equal to 190 residing in at spanning scorpion 179-220, Environmental Variable of Job (X2) of is included in category Whether with total average value of score variable equal to 194,73 residing in at spanning scorpion 179-220. while Performance Employees (Y) of is included in High category with total average value of score variable equal to 194,11 residing in at spanning scorpion 179-220. Result of doubled linear regresi with compensation variable and of veriabel environmental of job as free variable ( X1 and X2) and Performance Employees variable as variable tied (Y) obtained Y = 0,628 + 0,748X1 + 0,434X2 + e with value of R2 equal to 0,716 from result of Test of F obtained value of F count equal to 62,877 > value of Ftabel 3,15 so that Ho refused and Is ha accepted meaning Variable and compensation of environment job have an effect on signifikan to Performance Employees Hotel of Montana 1 Malang. From result of analysis test t obtained by value of count X1 equal to 5,497 > ttabel equal to 2.000 for count X2 equal to 2,305 > table t equal to 2.000. result of from coefficient of regresi obtained compensation value 0,748, while environmental value of job equal to 0,434. This matter indicate that variable having an effect on dominant to employees performance is compensation variable.
