With other word, the intrinsic value is the way to determine stock price based on future performance of companies that influence the produced return. The research aimed at testing do the return on asset (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and net profit margin (NPM) have significant influence toward price earning ratio (PER) at the trading companies that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange and giving proofs about dominant variable toward price earning ratio (PER) at the at the trading companies that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange. The used data analysis by multiple linear regression with F and t tests. The F test results proved that return on asset (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and net profit margin (NPM) have significant influence toward price earning ratio (PER) at the trading companies that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange. So the proposed hypothesis I in the research can be accepted. Based on regression coefficient results of each vaiable, then it can be known the influence of each variable, return on asset (ROA) (X1) of 0.483, return on equity (ROE) (X2) of 0.356, and net profit margin (NPM) (X3) of 0.235. The results proved that the proposed hypothesis II can be accepted, and stated that the return on asset (ROA) has dominant influence toward price earning ratio (PER) at the at the trading companies that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange. Some suggestions that can be proposed for investors, it is expected that in determining or choose stock for investment, it is expected that the investor should careful and give attention to the stock price development in conducting transaction at stock exchange.
