Abstract

Injection moulding is an instrument to transform plastic ore to be such products. In this process, injection moulding needs process control to get consistent products based on the specification. One of controlling technique in Injection Moulding is by using microcontroller. Microcontroller is a digital electric tool that has input and output while it can also control by program that can be written and erased in special way. Its work actually is reading and writing data. The data comes from heat that accepted by censor, then processed in microcontroller. In microcontroller, the data from censor is adjusted by initial input setting. Process control contains achieved heat, holding time and injeaction time.
