Abstract

Sumber Agung Wasis is a company that runs in metal industrial field. All this time, CV. Sumber Agung Wasis is only measuring financial aspect performance, but actually the case is not hold on one aspect only, except all aspects or stakeholder existing in the company. In this research, it will be done an evaluation in measuring performance of CV. Sumber Agung Wasis. Performance measuring designs is done by using performance prism method with five stakeholders. The main things to be done are determining stakeholders’ satisfaction and stakeholders’ contribution, determining strategic objective, determining company’s strategy, determining process and process’ capability, determining KPI, determining target, objective and KPI valuation using ANP method, calculating KPI scores, calculating each KPI’s value, calculating perspective performance index, and the last is giving color on performance achievement result using traffic light system method. Based on the company’s performance measurement result period of 2008 using traffic light system, it can be known that there are 10 KPIs in green to achieve level of 8.1 – 10. It means that key performance indicator achievement has corresponded to the given target. There are 14 KPI’s in yellow to achieve level of 8.1–10 meaning that key performance indicator achievement is not gained yet, although its value has closed to the target. The last, there is 1 KPI in red to achieve level of 0 – 3 which means that KPI achievement is really far below target and it is necessary to be done some improvement.
