Era of rapid globalization and the current reform era have an impact on all aspects of life in society. The development of science and technology has brought a great impact especially on the culture, values and religion. Teenagers as one of the elements of society did not escape the changes taking place today. Changes in the values that occur in society have influenced the behavior of adolescents, especially adolescent sexual behavior. Adolescent sexual behavior such as courtship is now experiencing irregularities due to sexual activity with others who can drag the teenager to have sex before marriage, it demonstrates the problems in the aspect of adolescent sexual life is very alarming. The purpose of this study to find out and describe any factors that cause adolescents to premarital sexual behavior and also to find out how other forms of premarital sexual behavior. This study uses a case study approach in which this study focuses on a case of intensive, detailed and profound. Because of the nature of the detail and depth that case studies generally show unanimity of cases and the overall life cycle of interaction factors in the case. The results of this study apply only to the case itself research is directed to explain and explore the phenomenon or symptoms of premarital sexual behavior. Knowing about what factors are causing teens to do premarital sexual behavior and find other forms of premarital sexual behavior of adolescents. The subjects in this study consisted of three teenagers who were taken by way of providing a scale or a previous questionnaire given to 20 adolescents. Methods of data collection in this study using the interview method. The results showed that the factors that cause adolescents to premarital sexual behavior are internal factors and external factors, internal factors such as factors increasing sexual libido caused by the desire of the subject itself in choosing the court, the utilization factor of the spread of information through mass media, the desire factor for violate the norms of society regarding the prohibition to have sex before marriage, as well as external factors such as lack of information regarding the factors of sexual education from parents who cause the subject to find information themselves that information. As for other forms of sexual behavior ever conducted was the start of the walk together, holding hands, embracing, touching, kissing cheeks, forehead, and kissed her lips, having sex half body to attach the genitals, and to have sexual intercourse or sexual intercourse.
