Abstract

This research is analysis that done in committee of general election of Malang regency with title "Management Analysis of fund campaign of general election of legislative 2009 in policies party at Malang regency". This research aim is to examine or study about the internal control of policies party in managed and face legislative general election 2009. This research method that use is descriptive method. Research result was found is: in managed campaign fund to face legislative general election 2009 policies parties has done internal control that at correspond to law no. 2 of 2008 about policies party. But from all party activity, there are some matters that still must be correct that is: saw from organization chart as a whole at well-design and as according to operative law, but in policies party the activity not yet prepare task information current and function in its entirety appropriate with task and authority each division. This at mean so that member can carry out task well and automatically is created internal control. Authorization system and policies party registration has planned as according to law and at prepare well to face legislative general election 2009. Then has support by practice that well at do party, in this case still found infringement has done by policies party according to personal related to the minimum erudition and party control. This not other because from policies party management recruitment activity has voluntary, so that there is no selection formally, and human resource obtained even also inclined less competent in policies activity. From conclusion above, so the author can imply that best policies party then hold correction, supervision enhanced or internal control and policies training to every management. So that has human resources competitor and can see off chosen policies party as functional policies party and can voice people aspiration.
