Keywords : Campaign, Communication, and Behaviour This Research based on Global Handwashing Day Campaign be hold on October 15th, 2008 who powered by PBB in order to made Handwahing using soap behaviour to civil exspescially to childreen. The aim of this campaign to decrease amount of death and prevent to diare desease which effect to healthy life quality. Campaign is communication form by planned to give messages for audiences to get feedback according the goals. Rogers and Storey said ( 1987) in ( Venus 2007: 9) Campaign is communication by planned with the aims to made several effect in audience or civil. Its means that communication has three points, there are : 1. Campaign action to makes effects 2) has amount of communicants 3) communication by planned In general, the aims of campaign to changes or makes strong society behaviour suitable of the of the campaign aims through the kognisi, afeksi, and konatif effects. Mueller said that behaviour is intend make action eventhough positive or negatif based on organize self believed. Interest of this research is based on behaviour, because behaviour is unique caracter of influenced by social and psycology environment. Method of research is deskriptif, the data will be on research are statements and handwashing behaviour. Gathering data method used interviewed through the snow ball sampling, observation, and documents is increase for data. The Result of this research, communication effect of Global Handwashing Day Campaign are 1) Responden surely understand important of applied handwashing using soap 2) This campaign increase their motivation to applied handwashing with the right method 3) increase their knowledge to increase healthy life quality through handwashing and made the change, its show that Global Handwashing Day Campaign encourage healthy to Childreen.
