PT CEMENT GERSIK have system measurement of performance by using four objective that is: Revenue Management, Cost Management, Capacity Management, Increasing Company Adventages, by 36 Key Performance Indicator ( KPI). But from 36 of KPI this there's only 1 0 KPI depicting performance process Supply Chain Pursuant to problems, hence effort first time which need to be done or conducted by design system measurement of performance of supply company chain and do or conduct measurement in October 2008 so that or to be can be done or conducted by repair at area - area which is its performance still is ugly. During The Time PT CEMENT GERSIK have never done or conducted measurement of performance to chain-nya supply, is so that needed by measurement of performance of supply chain. Method to be used to identify performance indicators of supply chain is model of SCOR. Model SCOR have five dimension, that is: plan, source, make, deliver, return. SCOR also have five performance of chain supply objective, that is: reliability, responsiveness, flexibility, and cost of assets. By using method of SCOR expected can be identified by indicators of supply chain which better be used by PT CEMENT GERSIK. For the wight of performance indicator of supply chain used by method of AHP, while for the scoring of system used by method of Objective Matrix ( OMAX). From result of measurement of performance of supply chain in PT CEMENT GERSIK in earning 22 performance indicator of supply chain, what consist of 4 indicator for the scope of plan, 6 indicator for the scope of source, 7 indicator for the scope of make, 3 indicator for the scope of deliver and 2 indicator for the scope of return. While from result of calculation of OMAX got 1 indicator which far from company goals and need repai r action. That is KPI consume embers stone .
