Abstract
The research aimed to find out how elastic the production and work-force absorption. Method used in this research was Coob Douglas production function analysis, multiple linear regression, production output elasticity. From data calculation, there could be concluded that work-force elasticity (EL) to production output = -0,51 modal elasticity to production outpu (EK) = 1,25 and broad- land elasticity (Ebroad-land) to production outpu = 0,18, from total EL + EK + Ebroad-land = a + b + c = 0,92 . From the result there could be concluded that a + b + c < 1 which showed decreasing production return to scale. Company Production elasticity resulted in factors percentage influenced production was significant, where work-force elasticty -51%, capital elasticity 125%, and broad-land elasticity was 18%.
