Abstract

Each company / organization has their own particular audience. to a limited audience that the organization fosters communication both internally and externally. To be more efficient in the formation of information, public relations requires a communication medium that is able to bridge between employees and the company so that the flow of information to be current. Considering the important role of communications media rightly if a company requires the media to fluency company interests. One of the Perum Jasa Tirta I Malang engaged in the management of rivers and dams using BWJT (Jasa Tirta News Bulletin) as an internal media company. This bulletin contains information, policies, agendas, and kgiatan around the company. because this medium is intended for internal and circles are limited, so that distribution is free of charge or free dibrikan free of charge to all employees. On the basis of freely given That is the reason for the formation of employee attitudes. Attitude is an opinion, one's beliefs about the object or situation that is relatively fixed, which is accompanied by the existence of certain pertasaan and provide a basis for the person to make a response, or behave in a certain way it chooses (Ben, 2003:110). Because no charge will arise feelings of pleasure, giving rise to curiosity. From these emerge the behavior of curiosity to use the media in the sense reading BWJT as internal media. but in this case is unknown employee attitudes Perum Jasa Tirta I will arise whether a positive attitude in the sense that they receive so they use or are they not happy that they refuse to use the media. Based on the above phenomenon, the formulation of problems from this study are: a. Is there influence of attitude toward the use of b. How big the influence of employee attitudes toward the use of internal media company. This type of research is research which eksplanitif dalah diguankan to test hypothesized relationships between variables with a quantitative approach, emphasizing the analysis of data and numbers. The object of this study are employees of Perum Jasa Tirta I Malang. The sample used in this study were 105 respondents who were taken using a random sampling. Then the researcher distributed questionnaire as a means of collecting primary data, primary data has been through the process of testing the validity and reliability with product moment correlation technique and the alpha technique. Researchers using regression analysis to analyze the data, it is used to test the influence of employee attitudes toward the use of internal media and the coefficient of determination unbtuk predicting the effect of variable X to variable Y. Based on these results, get calculation correlation coefficient equal to 0249 which menunujukan that the relationship between attitude variables and media use variables are positive as there is a significant correlation. Based on the calculation of the F test, can diperolek calculated F value of 34.176 with significant levels of 0,05 or 5%, the obtained F table at 3.94, which means that the calculated F is greater than F table (34.176>3.94) This means that Ho refused and Ha is received, the shall mean the employees' attitudes affect the use of the media. While based on the calculation of correlation can be detected determinana the influence of X variable employee attitudes towards the use of media by 24.9% and the balance of 75.1% which is not influenced by other variables examined in this study.
