Abstract

In the arrested fishery business, continuity of arrested business had a cooperation relation both of fisherman and the owner or a company and fisherman because by cooperation the revenue would increase and had added value. A business was implemented by a cooperation called partnership where represent business relation in the fishery field that involved one or group or law institution where each of party obtained income from the same agribusiness with a purpose to guarantee equality, compatibility and integrity based on profitable, needed each other and implemented business ethics. The objective of this research was to know revenue, production cost and income was obtained by fisherman as plasma at partnership pattern at PT. Kelola Mina Laut, benefit and social economy constraint was obtained both of party was conducted partnership and economic efficiency of small fish rice production of fisherman through partnership with PT. Kelola Mina Laut. Based on research result and data analysis, the conclusion was obtained as follows: 1. The revenue average of partnership fisherman (plasma) at small fish rice of 138.291.021 rupiahs and average cost production of small fish rice 119.961.067 rupiahs, so that income average of plasma partnership 18.329.954 rupiahs for five weeks. Income from small fish production for five weeks with total average of production 14.032 kilograms of small fish rice. That result was obtained plasma partnershiphad boat minimum 12 units. 2. The benefit as social and economic of partnership to fisherman (plasma) among others: a) production result of small fish plasma partnership had real buyer, b) the offering price by partnership inti party had been clear and a little bit higher than market price, c) the plasma partnership needn’t to provides transportation to the partnership party, d) the plasma partnership provides weighing machine at the production result of plasma partnership and controllable directly by weighing machine plasma party, e) the plasma partnership get information and technical knowledge from the partnership party, f) the plasma partnership can proposed a loan through Koperasi Inti Kemitraan with required and loan procedure that made easier. The benefit of business partnership for PT. Kelola Mina Laut (inti) among others: a) The partnership party obtained stock of small fish rice material over from plasma partnership party, b) the partnership party obtained full support include empowerment access to plasma partnership party from the village official, c) the partnership party obtained full support from the fishery department of Sumenep regency, d) the partnership party obtained financial advantage of selling small fish rice material and installment of capital loan from the partnership plasma. 3. The constraint that disturb business partnership among others: a) at the certain time, the partnership party experienced lack of small fish material, that was when the bad weather occurred so that fisherman didn’t brave to looked for fish on the sea, b) at the certain time, the partnership party must released extra cost to fulfill lack of small fish material because of selling price of small fish rice raised, c) the road equipment from the beach to warehouse of partnership core was not well so that maintenance cost of transportation equipment was high, d) not all of fisherman fulfill technical requirement to be partnership member with inti party, for example had no boat and equipment of production well. 4. Return Cost Ratio assess of each of plasma partnership researched bigger than 1 (efficiency) that was 1,08 to 1,21. Thus, average of Return Cost Ratio of plasma partnership researched 1,15. The result indicated that revenue of business was obtained by plasma partnership bigger as 1,15 times fold from total production cost of small fish rice.
