Abstract

Leadership play a part important in influencing and moving labour utilize to reach the target of organization. effective leadership will relate to behavior of applied leader. Behavior of leader represent tendency of orientation of activity a leader at the (time) of influencing subordinate activity to reach the target of organization. According to Hersey and of Blanchard ( 2004:123), basically behavior of leader mirror can in two matter, that is behavior of duty and behavior. Behavior of leader represent all important factor in creating pleasant [job/activity] environment to all its member. This matter as according to statement of Gibson ( 1996:55), that behavior of leader can form environment which is suportif to all its member. As for intention of this research is to know do there influence which signifikan [among/between] leadership style to discipline work officer Hospital Islam of Banyuwangi. Knowing discipline work officer of Hospital Islam of Banyuwangi. Knowing tendency of style leadership of applied situasional Hospital Islam of Banyuwangi. While variable in this research leadership style cover behavior of duty and behavior of as free variable, and discipline work as variable tied. Analyzer which used in this research spanning and scale of regresi doubled linear. For its examination of him use validity test and of realibilitas, while examination of hypothesis use test of t test and f. From result of calculation of mean span variable scale leadership of behavior of duty scored a point equal to 185,6 meaning that leadership of behavior of duty Hospital Islam of Banyuwangi enter in high category. Result of analysis span scale concerning variable leadership of behavior of obtained value equal to 183,6 meaning that leadership of behavior of Hospital Islam of Banyuwangi enter in high category. Thereby from high leadership style combination of duty and is high of referred as by style leadership of consultancy. result of mean span discipline variable scale obtained by value equal to 201,8 indicating that discipline work all officer at Hospital Islam of Banyuwangi enter in high category. At result of this research can know there are influence which is signifikan leadership style with discipline evaluated from test of f test and t. Pursuant to test of f, test f count/calculate 40,333>3,930 f tables. Pursuant to test of t X1 t count/calculate 8,604>2,0017 table t, T X2 count/calculate 2,394>2,0017 table t.
