Abstract

Now the competitive world of tourism is increasingly tight, wide variety of ways of promotion and services they do for the company to known and get a good image by customers, existence of this challenge facing competition in the tourism industry, a Public Relations Officer or can be referred to corporate PR officer as well charged to be more sensitive in reading opportunities and market segmentation, and in anticipation of competitive conditions change the world for tourism, so the company can compete with its peers. Park East Java as the new tourism company, with Motto "Learning Parks and Recreation" East Java Park offers recreational vehicle educative. To demonstrate his seriousness and get a good image by consumers in East Java Park need the media to maintain its image as a garden of learning and recreation. Related to this is the East Java Park create a media that is media worksheets students (LKS) surrounding the Park East Java for the visitors of students as a strategy in maintain the image of East Java Park in accordance with the motto that is as the Garden of Learning and Recreation. Based on the background, the formulation of the problem in this research is "How effectiveness of student worksheets media in East Java, Maintaining the image of Park as Parks and Recreation Learning? "While the goal is to measure the level of effectiveness worksheet media students to achieve the goal of maintaining the image of Park East Java as Parks and Recreation Study. The theory is used as the basis of this research is the theory of Agenda Setting and model Public Relations communications. This approach comes from the AIDA formula consisting of Attention (attention), Interest (interest), Desire (desire), and Action (action). The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. Research conducted in East Java Park Stone with a sample of 142. The sampling technique use is incidental sampling. Data analysis using analysis of Mean. Results of analysis showed that the mean media student worksheets effective in maintaining the image of East Java as the Garden of Learning Park and Recreation. This is indicated by the high average value and determining the point continuum, where the level of acceptance or perception of respondents in East Java imaging Park as Parks and Recreation Study after getting media exposure student worksheets Park East Java, which is equal to 4.31 based on 5 point continuum. Percentage acceptance worksheet media sisiwa is 86.2%. The conclusion of this research is a media student worksheets Park East Java as one of the media message in maintaining effective public relations image of the east Java Park as Parks and Recreation Learning on Junior High School student visitors at the Park East Java.
