Abstract

PT. Marie Singa Sari Malang is a peripatetic company in area of manufactur which producing biscuit. In this time the company have owned four supplier flour, which flour represent critical item in making of biscuit. In this case natural company of purchasing internal issue to supplier because some supplier oftentimes send order disagree with amount of which is ordered as well as happened delay of delivery, so that often happened stock of out raw material in bond resulting production process become to be pursued In this research will be evaluate and selection of supplier. Four the supplier is a PT. Eastern Pearl Flour Mills (A), PT. Indo Utama Indah (B), PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur. Tbk (C), and PT. Sriboga Ratu Raya (D). In calculation use method of ANP there are five kluster that is internal kluster of supplier, cost, technical performansi, accuracy, and transportation. In each the kluster there are criterions which is influencing each other, goodness in it self kluster (Dependence Inner) and also with criterion of other kluster (Outer Dependence). Result of wight by using method of ANP obtained by wight sequence of supplier that is for the supplier of C= 0.4492, A= 0.1004, D= 0.2452, B= 0.2051. While before evaluate and election of supplier got by sequence of supplier C-D-A-B. This Matter because of in method of ANP see relation is influencing each other between and criterion of kluster. After got by wight of ANP above phase here in after is to conduct order allocation at each supplier by using ILP for ordering 3 period to come. Allocation order for the month of December 2008, January and of Februari 2009 alternately to C supplier equal to 70kw, 70kw, 70kw. For the supplier of A 30kw, 30kw, 30kw. For the supplier of D equal to 20kw, 12kw, 16kw. For the supplier of B do’nt be conducted by allocation order because from third previous supplier have fulfilled the amount of request of company
