The simultaneous spread of dengue epidemic in an area make medical-team performance must be extra in work to be able to save patient from the worst possibility. The limited tools become the another constraint. Temperature of patient with dengue has typical characteristic, namely saddle cycle. Based on the body temperature, the writer attempts to make a tunnel in the form of injection tool completed by alarm as the initial warning if the patient’s temperature is rising. Commonly, injection on patient with dengue is conducted manually, now it can be done automatically using tool with motor as the driver and micro-controller of AT89C51 as the component, which has function as data or instructions storage. Injection is done on the basis of doctor approval under ethical code of medic. This kind of tool with capacity for two patients has temperature sensor of LM35, which give information to micro-controller if the patient’s temperature is above 39°C coincide with the ring of buzzer alarm. Temperature display of the two patients can be seen through LCD Screen.
