Abstract

This study is descriptive research with survey method. The title of this study is “Training and Developing Influence to official performance in license department of Probolinggo city which Relevance to Socieity Service” The goal of this study is to know how official training, to know how official developing, to know how official performance, to know influence of training and developing variables to official performance and to know dominant influence of both training and developing variables to official performance in license department of Probolinggo city. The analysis tool which be used in this study are scale rating and linier multi regression Based on the calculation result of mean of rating scale may be known that training which be carried out is good category. Based on the calculation result of mean of rating scale may be known that developing which be carried out is good category. Based on the calculation result of mean of rating scale may be known that official performance which be carried out is good category. The F test show that there are significant influence both training and developing variables to official performance in license department of Probolinggo city. Based on the comparison of regression coefficient among variabels it may be known that training variable have dominant influence to official performance in license department of Probolinggo city. The suggestion which be given to firm is hoped in license department of Probolinggo city to maintain training system which be applied, it is hoped license department of Probolinggo city still carry out developing to official which be always give opportunity to official to develop their own ability. It is hoped that license department maintain official performance generally with create work relationship more harmonic among leader and official.
