Abstract

Target of this research to know structural dimension of organization, studying influence of structural dimension to organizational efektifitas, and know organizational efektifitas at PG. Kebon Agung Malang. Hypothesis which is taken in this research that structural dimension of organization seen from Complexity, Formalisasi and Decentralization have an in with organizational Efektifitas in PG. Kebon Agung Malang Worse luck. Technique data collecting which is used in this research is: observation, interview, and kuesioner. Technique intake of sampel is sampling random proporsional, by taking 10% from totalizeing employees remain to at PG. Kebon Agung Malang ( 516 employees) that is counted 52 employees. Analysis appliance used to process data result of the following research: validity test, test reliabilitas, span scale, doubled linear regresi, test of t, and test F. Result of calculation indicate that Complexity, Formalisasi and of Sentralisasi have influence which is signifikan to Organizational Effectiveness of PG. Kebon Agung Malang Worse luck because of is big of its Value F bigger than F ( 50,201>3,15), and for the variable of Complexity have coefficient of regresi equal to 0,291 with t equal to 3,279 which is its bigger value than t (> 2,000). For the variable of Formalisasi have coefficient of regresi equal to 0,319 with t equal to 3,028 which is its bigger value than t (> 2,000) and for the variable of Sentralisasi have coefficient of regresi equal to 0,739 with t equal to 8,923 which its bigger value than t (> 2,000). Pursuant to result of analysis anticipated \"Structural Dimension of Organization seen from Complexity, Formalisasi and of Sentralisasi have influence to Organizational Effectiveness\" and pursuant to result of analysis and examination of hypothesis at solution above, known that proven raised hypothesis it is true correctness. Hypothesis anticipating Structural Dimension of Organization seen from Complexity, Formalisasi and of Sentralisasi have influence to Organizational Effectiveness.
