Abstract

This research is descriptive research with title " EFFECTIVENESS ANALYSIS REKRUTMEN LABOUR AT SUGAR MILL REJO AGUNG BARU MADIUN ". Purpose of this research is to know effectiveness rekrutmen employee who recruited between the year 2002 - 2006 at Sugar Mill Rejo Agung Baru Madiun. Analyzer applied to know effectiveness rekrutmen by using analysis Quality of Hire. From result of analysis Quality of Hire indicates that level of effectiveness rekrutmen at Sugar Mill Rejo Agung Baru Madiun in the year 2002 equal to 66,56%, the year 2003 equal to 66,59%, the year 2004 equal to 66,64%, the year 2005 equal to 66,63%, and the year 2006 equal to 67,18%. So is got average of Quality of Hire between the year 2002 - 2006 equal to 66,72%, where this number stays at medium international spread that is 66,67% - 100%. Level Of QH gotten have been good but value gotten the only stays at medium international lower bound, this thing is caused by the so small percentage of employee who is getting promotion. To increase effectiveness rekrutmen, company shall more givingly is bigger opportunity to employee for promotion of [position/occupation].
