Abstract

Training on the Job of employees have goal to improve ability, skills in knowledge, and skill of employee. Employee is motor resource to carry out firm operation. Training on the Job program are hoped total of active human resource, effective and qualified thus it will likely give increasing output in firm production. Based on the background, thus it carries out study by title “ The Influence of Training to Employees Performance on The Graha Cakra Malang Hotel ”. The goal of this study is to know training which be carry out in The Graha Cakra Malang Hotel, to know employee performance to The Graha Cakra Malang Hotel, to know what training give significant influence to employee performance to The Graha Cakra Malang Hotel. Based on the calculation result and testing along with study discussion concerning training influence to employee performance to The Graha Cakra Malang Hotel, it may be taken conclusion following : Training which be given by The Graha Cakra Malang Hotel to employee, it is very good, because the mean score of training variable (X) about 198,38 on the scale range by criteria very good. The employee performance to The Graha Cakra Malang Hotel may be very high. Because the mean score of employee performance variable (Y) about 189,50 on the scale range by criteria very high. By the way, the employee performance is said very high because the employee success to carry out training. Based on the test of simple linear regression may be known that significance degree in 5%, training variable (X) have significant influence to work performance (y) by t-test 10.343 > t-table 2.002, and R2 value about 64,8% Thus training variable give influence about 64,8% to work performance .
