Abstract
In the last couple years, there is employee fluctuation is Indonesia�s industries line, companies which have recruited important staff. Had to be faced a resigned staff problems. PT. Muara Krakatau as garments exported company need a lot of employees that have specially skill to contribute company expansion. Therefore, it is need a information system program to computerize everything about the company�s employees that helped a lot. It�s change from manual system of recruit program. With this new system, company could more accurate, fasts and exact to recruit new labor and staffing. More over, company could produce a good out put. This new information system program makes all employees recruit selection more easy, it need a programs used Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access Data base application, where all data processing to be accurate and exact in few time
