This research was conducted on August 5, 2009 until September 19, 2009 who reside in the village of citrus, inns and Oro-oro Ombo, City of Stone. The purpose of this study to determine the efficiency of household-scale biogas from dairy cow manure and use the analysis of BEP (Breek event point), BCR (Benefit Cost Ratio) and ROI (Rutern Of Investment). Object of this study is that breeders using biogas, the method used in this research is survey method with a simple random sampling (sample random sampling) based on the method of determining the sample or the respondent above, we obtained 30 respondents in their use is used by six families. In producing this biogas, the capital used by P. Gatot was Rp 29 million. The capital is the amount of investment and not experiences the addition. While for the manufacture of capital is taken fixed costs, and costs are not fixed. Fixed costs are the costs depend on the large size of swordfish production that resulted. While no fixed costs are costs not always change in accordance with the production level. ROI values for biogas permanent type of 79.23% which means any capital invested will yield a profit of Rp. 79.23, while the value of the type of balloon Biogas ROI 57.40% which means any capital invested will yield a profit of Rp 57.40. This biogas will reach the BEP only if they can produce the amount of Rp. 100 206 per month. Of making business a permanent type of biogas obtained average revenue of Rp. 482 559 USD per month whiles the cost of production. 100 207 from the calculation, then the business of making biogas is very feasible to run because of the benefits is greater than the cost of Rp. 382 352. While for the manufacture of balloon type biogas average revenue of Rp. 95 846 USD per month while the cost of production. 23 905 from the calculation, then the production of biogas is very feasible to run because of the benefits is greater than the cost is: USD 55 014. This biogas making business has met the criteria and deserves to be developed.
