Abstract

Key Word: Organizational Climate Communications, Satisfaction of Job Employees The relation of conducted by head element for example continuity of Organizational life to reach growth up at better by creating relation work is equal to its subordinate. In organizational interaction with environment of external, organizational face various problem especially if its environment do not stable; and continue to expand., CV. In a communications system, employees also have to get the existence of satisfaction of communications where [all] employees get accuracy about information, existence of information, forwarding of message and others. Communications between employees with head or on the contrary ought to be proportional in order not to happened Lameness in course of operational in communicating. Pursuant to background of researcher take formula of is problem of Do organizational communications climate push satisfaction of CV. Artha Bakti Mandiri of Pasuruan employees jobs? Organizational communications is organizational behavior that happened and give meaning to the what's going on (Pace&Faules, 2006;33). Organizational Communications climate represent organizational condition or situation that happened and give meaning to what’s going on. Satisfaction of job is common attitude to work of someone showing difference between amount of appreciation of their accepted [by] amount and worker which they believe they ought to accept (Robbin, 2003:78). Operational Definition in this research consists of variable that is Organizational Variable Climate Communications. The research type the used is descriptive research where later this research will depict or respective variable to description with accurate unit and problem, without questioning relation of variable. Population in this research is entire employees exist in [CV. Artha Bakti Mandiri of Pasuruan which amount to 42 employee’s people. Because amount of its population less than 100 hence researcher use total technique of sampling, that is put on sampling the overall of individual in population which have been enlisted beforehand. Technique analyze data in this research is by using Mean analyze. From result of conducted data analysis at previous chapter, researcher can conclude communications climate can push satisfaction of employee’s job. This matter is proven from mean analysis (mean) showing number 3, 24 and enters in good category. Its assumption that all indicator exist in communications climate variable push the existence of satisfaction of employees [job/activity], though answer from each responder differ
